VAG TDI Pump/Nozzle Head Stud Kit ARP

Complete kit for the cylinder head for all 1.9L TDI pump/nozzle engines.

A MUST for all engines that drive with increased boost pressure!

• ARP is the market leader in this field.
• The studs are made of 8740 chromoly steel and have rounded, rolled threads.
• Up to 30% stronger expansion steel than standard bolts

Screw the stud bolts hand-tight into the block, then fit the head and fit the nuts with plenty of ARP paste.

Tighten in three passes from the center outwards. Last stage 110Nm.
